Check-Up

I took Slade to the doctor today for his 4 month checkup...I know I am a few weeks late...oh well better late than never.

weight 15 lbs = 50%
height 25 inches = 50%
head 42 = 50%

Yep a pretty averaged sized kid ;)

Wade the PA said Slade has the best shaped head he has seen in a long time. That's a very good thing because he will probably want his head shaved all the time just like his dad.

Sitting

Slade just sat up by himself for 10 seconds I clapped and cheer for him. TaKara walks in, claps, says Wahoo all excited then what expressionless? Dale and I started laughing so hard. Our kids are so cute! I love the stages they are both in ;)

Slade just rolled over his right side from his back to his belly for the first time. He got his arm from out of under him and the whole nine yards. He is learning new things everyday...it is so amazing interacting with him.

4 Months Old

Slade's nap at 4 months old. I tried taking a picture while he was awake but he is so wigglie they all were blurry. On our scale he weighs 13.6 lbs. He has been laughing for about 2 weeks or so now when you clean under his chin or dress him. He is very smiley. He can sit up by himself for a few seconds. He can hold small objects and put them to his mouth. He can almost roll over.

Reclining Nap in Bumbo

Whenever Slade takes a nap in the Bumbo his head falls to the ride side but this time he was looking up at the lights.
