These are our current house plans we have drawn up pretty much on our own. The top one is the main floor and the bottom one is the walk out basement. All comments are welcome!!! Just for all of you that are curious...yes we got rid of our virus ;)

Well if you don't want your kitchen on the same floor as you garage then I will be happy for your wishes. They look great and quite livable. I hear lumber is in the toilet right now so prices are good for framing. If you need any of my unskilled labor let me know. I can now pour decorative wavy concrete if someone else will finish it.
Congrats on the house floor plans! They look good to me, best part about it is that it's a house and not an apartment! Someday we will have a house and I will be totally thrilled!
