Grandma & Grandpa Coates stopped by today to deliver our Christmas presents. They even let TaKara open her's. Now we will have to wait and see if the other presents survive till Christmas morning ;)
It had a ribbon tied around it so Dale got TaKara's scissors out so she could cut the ribbon off.
She had to open the whole present with the scirssors...she isn't very good so it took a long time. We will have to make sure and hide them Christmas Eve.
It is a foam alphabet puzzle mat. She played with it for over an hour. The pictures are blurry because TaKara was moving around a lot...like any other 2 year old. And only half the image is there because the screen is broke and there is no peep hole so you just have to hope you are capturing what you are wanting to. So when we get around to buying another digital camera we will make sure that it has the screen on the back and also the window you look through like the old film cameras.

That is so fun! I always like opening a present here or there so it is spread out a bit. The kids always seem to enjoy the gifts more. I am glad TaKara enjoyed her present! Looks like lots of fun.
